2. Scope and eligibility
These Terms govern purchases of digital mockups and other digital-download products (“Products”) through the Website.
Products are offered only to consumers purchasing for their own private use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a private consumer and not on behalf of a business, trade, profession, organisation, or other commercial activity.
The Seller may cancel and refund an order where there is reasonable evidence that it was placed for business or commercial use.
3. Products and licence
Products are supplied electronically as digital downloads; no physical goods are shipped.
After successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Product under the licence terms shown on the relevant product page. Unless expressly permitted by that licence, you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or make the Product available to third parties.
All intellectual-property rights in the Products remain with the Seller and/or its licensors.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the Website before checkout and are payable by card. Any applicable taxes are handled as shown at checkout.
Your order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the Seller sends an order confirmation or makes the download available.
5. Delivery
Digital Products are made available electronically after payment, normally immediately through the confirmation page, email, or customer account.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the Product requirements stated on the relevant product page.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
7. Digital downloads
Products are supplied as digital downloads. We do not request separate express consent during checkout for immediate supply and loss of the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, consumers retain any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to their purchase, including where a digital product has already been made available for download. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use the Products unlawfully or in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You must not remove copyright notices or technical protections from a Product.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from unauthorised use or redistribution of a Product.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you also retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
